Mount Skins are only available via the Gem Store, which you can get by translating your in-game gold to gems. So we're lead to believe this game is free to play, but in reality its just another piece of crap trial version that pushes the "Buy our expansions" in your face 24/7, no matter what you try to do. You have limited access to trading post, no access to mounts, etc. .
