Hi guys I need some help with my 1.8 TDCi The car starts pretty well most of the time and goes well too. Yes, due to the CKP getting its signal from the flywheel, and also the backlash associated with a faulty DMF transferring through to the front of the engine ie drive belts, I'd say it was causing most, of not all of your concerns.
